know the tricks of the trade of Investment and Financial Literacy

This is my Journey for Week 3

Magshashare lang po ako about a very fruitful training that we had last night at CHOWKING DELA ROSA.

Grabe gustong gusto ko na iupload toh last night kaya lang sarado na mga computer shop eh. hehehe.. Pero ok lang soon naman I know ill be able to set up my own connection with my own IPAD 2 para makapagupdate. :P yun oh.

Going back...Narealize ko na when we start a business we have to know the tricks of the trade.

1. Why USANA is the best investment?

I learned that as an independent associate of USANA, we have to know the ABCs of our business and be able to compare it to all other sources of income. Di ba ang galing!!! Kasi if maharap tayo sa mga prospects from warm or cold market, and they ask questions how we can compare our business to all other sources of income masasagot agad natin with CONFIDENCE.
It will build trust sa Guest natin and will make them feel na, "Teka! OO nga.. Tama Ka.!"plus on the back of his mind maaapreciate nya na you definitely know how our business works.

Sobrang Galing talaga! I want to thank you Coach RJ DE LARA. Kasi he definitely made it simple yet kapupulutan ng aral talaga.

2. "Financial Literacy"

Eto matindi?
Thank you Coach! I'mlooking forward po sa mga future trainings nyo.

***Importante din talaga na we know how money works in the world. How we can manage it to earn or make it, How we can invest to turn it into more and syempre how we can share it to others to help.

Syempre finally, I want to thank Coach Gotheng for sharing the story of Pedro and Juan. "Lahat ng bagay dapat talaga pinaghahandaan, hindi lang hataw ng hataw". At sa lahat ng nagorganize ng training, lalo na din sa newly found friends ko

sa training hope to see you again sa office. Grabe! Family talaga turingan sa XTRM111.. Im really speecheless...

“Don’t Go Overboard”

It has been a week after I joined XTRM1-11.  Pretty much I can say I enjoyed the tasks and the activities that we do.

Let me share my day,I learned something that I was always been told of by Coach Nhyl. However I kind of went overboard. : P

July 4, 2013 8:00pm-2:00am
Thursday

Coach Nhyl Baluran is our mentor. Currently he ranks as one of the silver director in XTRM1-11 together with her wife Coach Sherilyn baluran.  As our mentor, we are very lucky. He gives us as much as attention as we need.  As a starting group, we really appreciate his patience and efforts just to keep everyone in the right path.  He stresses out that, “It would not be easy, but with the right mind and the right attitude we can move mountains in no time”.

He always advises us to have a personal commitment to our goal and take everything seriously.

During weekdays, He always gives us a ring to check our progress with the basics that we have to learn by heart.

Coach Nhyl is someone that is trusting and reliable. He presents himself in a practical and sincere manner. He is determined and involved in everyone’s growth under his organization.  He is focused and motivated to serve every group.

As a Coach he accepts others point of view and responds in a humble manner.

He knows how to acknowledge the person he is talking to and how to make them realize the consequences of their choices and what would be better for them without dictating then what to do.

Why am I saying this? Today I learned that in order to succeed as an effective associate in this industry,

“I have to talk the talk ... walk the walk.”

I have to be attentive to the people who want me to grow and discipline my actions so that I can be an effective leader someday.  This will prepare me for a sense of accountability.

That’s why again, I’m so lucky that my Coach is Sir Nhylvin Baluran.

Anyways, this is just the first week of my journey here in XTRM1-11. Yet I’m already learning the best experiences in life.

BLESSINGS:
Today was really a remarkable day for all of us. We have new people coming in this week. Everyone was already dead on one’s feet but everyone was smiling like a Cheshire cat.
